Lodging

The 2027 CES Conference will be held at Sundance Mountain Resort, a ski resort located in Provo Canyon of Utah's Wasatch Mountains, 50 miles southeast of Salt Lake City. The resort is not near any other lodging, so please book conference lodging directly at Sundance. While the conference will be held from Wednesday June 2 to Friday June 4, we encourage participants to consider booking additional days to enjoy some of the excellent outdoor recreation in and around the resort.

To make a reservation, please call Sundance Mountain Resort at (800) 892-1600 and provide the group name Brigham Young University, so the agents will book from the room block associated with the conference at a discounted rate. If you have questions or concerns about making a lodging reservation, contact Jared Odd, the CSED Administrator at csed@byu.edu. Any reservation made after April 15, 2027 will be subject to space and rate availability. To see pictures and read a description of each room, visit the Sundance lodging page.
